Our services are provided under the Terms of Service published at nearbyfulfillment.com/terms-of-service/ and under any signed service agreement between you and Nearby Fulfillment LLC. If they differ, the signed agreement controls.
Using this portal
- This portal is for business use only. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, and it may not be used for personal or household purposes.
- Access is for authorized staff and client users. Keep your sign-in details and two-factor device to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think they have been compromised.
- You are responsible for what is done under your account and for the accuracy of the information you submit, such as product details, orders and shipping addresses.
- Do not attempt to access another client’s data, interfere with the system, or use it to break the law.
- Inventory counts, order status and invoices shown here are our records of the services we provide. If something looks wrong, contact us so we can review it with you.
- We may suspend access to protect the system or when an account is closed.
